We are currently working with Redfin as our preferred real estate brokerage, as they are able to get the most up to date data with the most reasonable brokerage fees. 

Consulting

The Octopus Consulting tentacle offers home owners advice on their own home improvements whether they intend to go DIY or have a professional team of contractors. Getting a little education and advise upfront will save you immensely through the process.

We recommend a one time $250 consultation to meet at your home, discuss ideas, materials, the extent of labor and permitting required, and discuss negotiating strategy in how to handle contractors. If you'd like additional guidance throughout the process, it will be priced based on time required. We also have a great network of recommended contractors, or can provide you the tools to be confident in selecting your own.
